Lotus – Radiating Peace through Art and Intention
On the sacred occasion of Buddha Purnima, Asmita led a serene session blending guided meditation with intentional lotus painting. Participants connected with their inner stillness through breathwork, visualisation, and mindful brushstrokes. With each petal painted, the artwork became a symbol of healing, peace, and presence — a tribute to the Buddha within and a silent offering of compassion to the world.
Art supplies needed:
- Acrylic Paints. Colours as you see in the reference pic…pink/crimson red, white, yellow and greens.
- Brushes: Two round brushes. One medium size, one fine and thin.
- Surface: Mixed media paper/Canvas of A5 size or small square 6x6 inches
Session can take anywhere from 75 to 90 mins for you to complete your artwork.
Best would be, do not watch it, just start painting and see peace enveloping on you, through you and your Art.
