Madhubani a beautiful folkart from Mithila region of India and Nepal. Artists create these paintings using a variety of mediums including their own fingers, or twigs, brushes, nib-pens and matchsticks. The paintings are characterized by their eye-catching geometrical patterns.
Materials Required:
A4 size paper. Any kind of paper is fine.
Some lid or bowl to trace a circle, around 4 inches in diameter. You can also use a compass with 2 inches radius if you know how to use it.
Pencil,Ruler(preferably 12 inches), Eraser.
Different colours of Sketch Markers. Could be any type. I have used Crayola.
Base drawing printout can be used if you wish to. Not necessary at all. The drawing is explained in the video.
