Under UK law, you may have the right to cancel or request a refund under certain circumstances, in accordance with this policy. Our cancellation and refund policy only applies to purchases made directly from Art from Hearts website.

We do not offer refunds to payments made on any courses where you get immediate access to the lessons and bonus content (unless specified on the sales page or checkout page). If you are entitled to a refund in case of:

a. Overpayment or wrong purchase for live classes

b. Other art courses where you do not get immediate access

Cancellation of Subscriptions/Membership

Subscription/Membership implies to the monthly/Yearly payments under specified category in Art Portal and Neuroniverse to view the lessons and learn at your convenience.  You can cancel at any time to prevent your subscription from being renewed. If you cancel, you'll have full access to our tutorials until the current billing period end date.

If we happen to revoke the Subscription/Membership on the website under any unforeseen situations/change of portal, you will be entitled to refund for the remainder time for the amount paid originally on pro-rata basis.
