Sunsets are the most beautiful to see, admire and absorb the serene beauty of golden glow of all providing Sun, creating a myriad of colours in the sky. From a simple yellow orange colour to the beautiful cosmos of colours, all can be witnessed in Sunsets. The very same feeling, to dive deep into the peace and calm of sunsets have been recreated in this artwork which has 12 different sunsets on a single canvas to feel the beauty of nature.

Techniques taught in these lessons include blending various hues and creating silhouettes of fine details for realistic look. Taping method used through the artwork reinforce the thinking of planning and executing the sections to perfection.

This artwork is suitable for anyone who is 10 years and older or a very beginner in Acrylics. The video lessons are the recordings of the lessons taught live to a group of students in age group 10 to 14. Each and every small doubt has been answered when these young artists tried working along, which you can see from the examples of the work completed in class.

Materials Needed:

• Surface could be an A3 size, canvas board/stretched canvas/mixed media paper.

• A set of 12-24 good quality Acrylic paints. I am using Mont Marte brand of colours.

• A set of few paint brushes. 2-3 round brushes of different sizes (medium and thin) 1⁄2 inch flat brush.

• Water in 2 cups

• A rough cloth to wipe and clean the brushes

• Masking tape
